Here is a picture from one of our latest retreats, where we enjoyed a wonderful and exhilarating week with these gorgeous yogis, detoxing and charging for the New Year! The feedback was resoundingly positive and we are looking forward to doing it all again in March! We have redressed the ski-holiday balance, and aim to send you out onto the hill bouncing in your ski boots. With the combination of three daily yoga sessions, delicious and energising food, mountain air and a cozy luxury chalet, help to make this winter’s ski holiday something more than the run of the mill.
Early Morning begins with meditation and a vinyasa flow practice, tailored to the energy of the group, overlooking the snowy backdrop of the Méribel Valley.
Meals are lovingly prepared plant-based fare, using organic, local produce where possible, and we can cater for all dietary requirements. During the day we hit the piste: check out this view: we all absolutely loved being above this beautiful cloud inversion that day. The evening is rounded off with the sweet surrender of a restorative practice such as Sleep enhancing Yoga Nidra or intention-setting meditation.
